Doing What You Love
Many successful people tell us "Do what you love most and you will be successful"
The reality is:
Love is not at the beginning. It's a by product. It comes along the way.
Strong work ethic and dedication are the cornerstones of any successful career.
You start your career by finding something you are good at.
Keep working on getting better at it.
There is a lot of creativity in the process of consciously working on getting better at what you are already good at. And in improvising.
That creativity is a wonderful source of energy. You enjoy the creative process. You are brimming with ideas.
You just cannot stop working as your brain is constantly coming up with new things.
It is at this stage that you just love your career.
Some people call it passion. Some say it's your calling in life.
Ultimately, love for a particular area is discovered through dedication and perseverance in one's chosen field, rather than solely pursuing initial interests.
The important point is that love is discovered and nurtured. It evolves.
It's a trail and error process. You may find it early first time itself or after a couple of changes of field.
Be open.
